Q: Age and weight for this hipseat?

A: Our hip-seat is suitable for babies who are 0-36 months old, 0-20kg. But the best use age ranges from 4 months to 1.5 years old. As most babies start to sit straight alone when they are 4 months. When babies are 1.5 years old, the carrier can be used without straps.

Q: What is the maximum size of the belt?

A: Generally the carrier belts can fit moms or dads whose waist line is within 80cm-110cm. It means most customers can wear it.

Q: Can it be used to carry the baby on my back?

A: We don’t strongly recommend back carrying, and not many parents would like to wear it on the back.  As it is not safe for the baby if he is beyond moms visibility range.

Q: Delivery time after I purchase?

A: Generally it will be shipped within 1-2 days. For most countries, such as USA, RU, AU, NZ and most EU countries, customers will receive our carriers within 7-12 days. But for some remote countries, such as Brazil, Mexico and Chile, delivery time may take a little longer. We ship our carriers from our USA warehouse, based in California or our spain warehouse, based in Madrid.

Q: Little tips for balancing the baby’s weight from the shoulders and waist.

A:You can adjust the straps (the back straps cross and lap back to the hipseat) to balance the baby weight through the shoulders and waist).- Video demonstration of carrier above.
